We Speak Malbec At La Vida Buena Vineyards

Want to know why: Argentina is the next great wine-producing country?

Look at what Robert M. Parker, Jr. has said: (New York Times wine critic, Frank Prial, hailed Robert M. Parker, Jr. as the most influential wine critic in the world).

Robert Parker Predicts For The Future

Malbec will make it big. By the year 2015, the greatness of Argentinean wines made from the Malbec grape will be understood as a given.

This French varietal has reached startling heights of quality in Argentina. Both inexpensive, delicious Malbecs and majestic, profoundly complex ones from high elevation vineyards are already being produced, and by 2015 this long-ignored grape’s place in the pantheon of noble wines will be guaranteed.”

Robert M. Parker, Jr.

Why Argentina is The Next Great Wine Producing Country and how you can be part of the evolving wine revolution is an opportunity you cannot afford to miss.

Wine Spectator Magazine Says:

Argentina makes more than one half of all the wine produced annually in South America. About 70 percent of Argentina's wine comes from Mendoza, and Mendoza produces 90 percent of the country's wine exports. Argentina is the ‘sleeping giant’ of the global wine industry.”

After decades of producing “Table Wines” Argentine winemakers are finally free to explore and experiment with new cutting edge technology to produce some of the finest quality wine the world has seen in a long time. Argentina’s climate is perfect with its outstanding soil and its viticulturists and winemakers are proving what heights can be reached in wine making. Many are meeting this challenge and La Vida Buena Vineyards will hire such a team.

According to Vic Motto, senior partner with Motto Kryla & Fisher LLP, wine business advisors, "Wine is one of the strongest growth industries we have. It has outpaced the economy in growth--even during recessions. It's a business that will be a growth industry for the foreseeable future."

How The La Vida Buena Boutique Vineyards’ Project Works

La Vida Buena Vineyards have acquired 108 acres of prime vineyard land in Argentina’s superb wine district located 7.5 miles from the heart of downtown San Rafael, in the Mendoza Province.

This La Vida Buena Vineyards’ 44 hectare development (108 acres) is one of the largest and most exciting in San Rafael.

La Vida Buena Vineyards have large, long established and very successful vineyard and orchard neighbors on three sides.

Another notable La Vida Buena Vineyards’ neighbor is the Los Alamos Estancia, a charming 1830s terra-cotta-red adobe ranch. Susana Bombal, a writer, took over Los Alamos it the 1920s and converted it into a salon and country retreat for writers and artists. Luminaries like Jorge Luis Borges one of Argentina’s most famous writers have visited the Estancia and reminders of Los Alamos' past hospitality to artists are evident everywhere, paintings by noted painters Raúl Soldi and Carlos Basaldúa. Los Alamos is chosen for secluded, private visits by celebrities, politicians and fashion notables, e.g. Hermes executives during a recent conference in San Rafael.
